共栄大学の石塚勝美教授(欧州)、東京大学大学院の山田一竹氏(スリランカ)、東京大学(UNHCR)の宮澤晢氏(東ティモール)、桜美林大学の滝澤美佐子教授(アフリカ) がこれらの地域での平和維持および平和構築に関する研究報告を発表し、日本国際連合学会理事の高橋一生氏がコメントされた。

研究発表は松戸綾乃氏（JICA産業開発・公共政策部）、本多美樹教授（法政大学教授）、佐藤安信教授（東京大学大学院教授）が行い、石原直紀教授（立命館大学教授）が論評された。
